SlabCollar 4405HS is a compression-fit EPDM boot that seals a 4″ Schedule 40 pipe penetration through a concrete slab or thin-panel lid against radon, soil gas, and moisture vapor. It makes four independent seals — three against the concrete (the slab surface and two annular ribs in the cored hole) and one on the pipe — from a single part, with no sealant, no adhesive, and no cure time.
